(Digital) Marketing Internship - Apéro Bloemendaal
Apéro was born out of a shared love for good food and togetherness. Our first store, established in Bloemendaal in September 2023, has become the go-to place for bringing people together with excellent food, whether it's for a Friday afternoon drink, a family dinner, a corporate event, or a festive celebration. We offer a diverse selection of appetizers, takeaway meals, unique shop products, and a special assortment of wines. Additionally, we serve coffee and lunch in our cozy coffee corner. Our customers range from bon vivants to gourmets, we strive to create the perfect “borrel” experience for everyone and hope to expand starting with Amsterdam in the near future!
Marketing internship
Developing, implementing, and optimizing a digital strategy that positions Apéro as the leading destination for “borrel” experiences in the Bloemendaal area (and later in the Netherlands), with a focus on delivering exceptional quality, convenience, and customer service through our online platform.
Activities
- Analysis of Current Digital Presence: Evaluate Apéro's current website and social media channels. Identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
- SEO and Website Optimization: Develop strategies to improve Apéro's website visibility in search engines. This may include keyword research, content creation, and technical SEO adjustments.
- Social Media Marketing Plan: Create a social media marketing plan that aligns with Apéro's brand identity. This includes content strategy, posting frequency, and engagement tactics for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Content creation produce stories and messages that showcase Apéro’s offerings and team. Create video content showcasing our products (and product creation) and events.
- Catering Promotion Strategy: Develop specific digital marketing strategies to promote Apéro's catering services B2B. This can include digital flyers, targeted ads, and collaborations with local businesses and event planners.
- Customer engagement: Database creation for B2B & B2C, Set-up E-mail marketing, partnership development, lead generation and follow-up, customer engagement and testimonials.
- Customer Feedback and Optimization: Implement a system for gathering customer feedback on the website and share these insights to continuously improve the service.
- Measuring and Analyzing Results: Use analytics tools to measure and analyze the effectiveness of the implemented strategies.
- Phased Implementation: Start with the most critical aspects, such as the website optimization, social media marketing and customer engagement, followed by SEO and analytics.
- Monitoring and Adjustment: Monitor the performance of the website and digital marketing efforts, and adjust the strategy based on collected data and customer feedback for increasing orders, LinkedIn and Instagram followers, and customer testimonials.
